2.Pre-Ordering and Back-Ordering Products:
Customers may pre-order and back-order out of stock FuryRC products. When you place a pre-order or back-order, you are reserving the product before it is in stock and available. All pre-orders and back-orders MUST be paid in full to secure the reservation.
Pre-orders and back-orders are saved on a “first come, first serve” basis. An estimated time-of-arrival date will be displayed next to the order button on the product’s webpage and customers will be notified by email when their product has been shipped. If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered model and other items, your in stock items will ship immediately and all pre-order and back-order items will ship when everything is in stock.
If you do not wish to make payment and officially reserve a pre-order or back-order but still want to know when the product is available for purchase, simply click the “Notify Me” button on the product’s webpage. Traxxas will send you an email when that item is in stock and ready for purchase.
3.Shipping Costs & Import Rules
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors, including the destination country, the weight of the items, and/or size of the box. Also, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
4.Customs, Duties, Taxes & other Fees
Unless otherwise noted at checkout, customs, duties, taxes, and other fees are collected up front. We have partnered with Yun Express, USPS, and DHL to offer a door-to-door service to our international customers that includes shipping costs to your country, as well as applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees.
This amount is calculated based on many factors, including your country’s tax laws, the tariff’s your country places on the item(s) you have purchased, the amount of your order, and the shipping costs (where applicable). These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.

How do I cancel my order?
Since our ultimate goal is to ship out customers’ orders as quickly as possible, there is only a small window of time when your order can be canceled. To view your orders that can be canceled, just log into your account and click this link:

Or log into your account and click on the My Account tab, and under the section titled My Orders click on View the orders I may cancel and any orders that you may cancel will appear. Simply choose to view the order you wish to cancel and then you may click the Cancel Order button on the bottom right. Clicking the Cancel Order button will immediately cancel that order, place the products ordered back into your shopping cart, and issue you a full refund.
Any payment for your order will be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, your credit card will be issued a refund (or the transaction will be voided if you cancel your order the same day it was placed). If you pay through Paypal, your Paypal account will be refunded. If you paid with a store credit, your store credit account will be refunded. If you paid with a combination of a store credit and another payment method, the store credit and the other payment method will be refunded the amount that was used for each.
Important: Please keep in mind that if you cancel an order you have paid for with a credit card, the funds may have a hold on them for 1-3 days by your bank or credit card issuer. Please understand that these holds are completely out of our control. So, if you place a large order that will be close to your credit card limit and then cancel it, you may not be able to place a new order until those funds have been released by your bank or credit card issuer. We recommend in these instances that you contact your bank or credit card issuer to request they ‘release’ the hold that was placed on those funds so that you can use your card again without delay.
How do I make changes to my order?
The easiest way to make changes to your order is to cancel it online (see instructions above) and place a new order. Please do not send us a request through email for your order to be canceled, as it can take anywhere from 24-48 hours before emails are responded to and your order will most likely will have already been processed.
